25. Registrar and officers.

(1) There shall be appointed a Registrar, a Deputy Registrar, and such number of Assistant Registrars, a Deputy Registrar, and other officers and staff as may from time to time be considered necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The duties of the Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrars, and other officers and staff of the Court shall, subject to this Act and the rules made thereunder, be as the President directs.
