EMPLOYMENT (MINIMUM RATE OF MATERNITY
ALLOWANCE) REGULATIONS 1976

1. Citation.

These Regulations may be cited as the Employment (Minimum Rate of Ma-
ternity Allowance) Regulations 1976.


2. Maternity allowance

The minimum rate of maternity allowance for each day of the eligible period
to which a female employee is entitled under section 37 (2) of the Employment
Act 1955 shall be six ringgit per day.


3. Revocation.

Regulation 13 of the Employment Regulations 1957 is revoked.
