59. Acts done prior to registration.
Every person who, and every trade union which, prior to the registration of the union under this Act, does any act in furtherance of any of the objects specified in the definition of a trade union in section 2, shall be guilty of an offense:
Provided that nothing in this section shall apply to any act done in good faith in the course and for the purpose of establishing the trade union.
